Each individual may hold no more than one active fbajee account at any time. If fbajee identifies that a player holds or has held more than one account, fbajee reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts, void any bets placed through them, and forfeit any associated balances. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. fbajee accepts no liability for consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information, including failed withdrawals resulting from an incorrect registered bKash or Nagad number.
fbajee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to protect the integrity of the platform, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle at fbajee's discretion.
While verification remains outstanding, fbajee may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests. All deposits to fbajee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. fbajee does not charge a deposit processing fee, however your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees which are outside fbajee's control.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the fbajee BDT wallet within sixty seconds of payment confirmation from the mobile banking provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating institution. fbajee is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile banking networks.
Players may set personal deposit limits from the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours from the time the increase request is submitted. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately.
Players may request a withdrawal of their available real-money BDT balance at any time subject to account verification status and the minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500. Bonus balance is not withdrawable until any applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and previously used for a deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. fbajee will not send funds to a third-party account under any circumstances.
fbajee reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request while identity or payment verification checks are completed. Any hold applied will be communicated to the Player with a stated expected resolution timeline. fbajee will not hold verified withdrawal funds beyond five business days without providing the Player with a written explanation.
fbajee may offer promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time. Where bonus abuse is identified, fbajee reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.
All bets placed on the fbajee sportsbook are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on the fbajee platform.
fbajee reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit the maximum stake accepted, or restrict betting markets for any account at its discretion. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Pre-match odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. In-play odds may change rapidly; Players are responsible for confirming the accepted odds before confirming a wager.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's BDT balance in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play to produce a result; an event is materially mis-priced due to a technical error; the Player was under 18 years of age at the time the bet was placed; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches: a match must have a result recognised by the governing body for bets to stand. In the event of a rain-reduced match, the result as determined under DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method will stand. Abandoned matches with no official result will result in all pre-match bets being voided and stakes returned.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fbajee's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms and Conditions — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money BDT deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fbajee shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or loss of data arising from use of the platform. fbajee does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be held liable for any downtime, maintenance periods, or service interruptions outside of its direct control.
Nothing in this section limits fbajee's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
fbajee collects, stores, and processes Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at fbajee.vu/privacy-policy. By registering on the fbajee platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
Personal data collected during registration and verification is used solely for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes. fbajee does not sell Player personal data to third parties.
